Many of Qimingda’s awning light housings are original in-house designs for which we have applied for and been granted design patents. Some of these patents have expired; in accordance with regulations, the designs enter the public domain upon expiration, and we cannot prevent others from replicating them. We have chosen to be transparent with our customers: a design patent alone is insufficient to fully protect a finished product.

While the appearance can be imitated, the following capabilities cannot be replicated:
